Arma's Golden Era was a place for the Seniors of our community to meet and have activities and events. As the years have passed, Arma's Golden Era now serves as a Community Center available to be rented for various events throughout ones life .
From "Wedding Receptions", to the "Birthdays" of the young and the old, to the "Welcome Home" and the uncertainty of the "Fair-Wells". We are here to provide you a place to help capture, reflect, and celebrate moments of your life.

I joined Arma's Golden Era not knowing what it was or why it existed; Having seen the potential of its community impact, As it's current President, I look forward to leading our group with additional community projects and expanding social events.

Essential Features:
- Heating and Cooling for over 1,680 square feet of open floor space.
- Occupancy for up to 100 guests.
- Premise provides 16 tables with over 100 available seats.
- Open kitchen area including the basics of a stove, microwave, and fridge.
- Single-Event & Multi-Event arrangements are available.
Scheduling times & fees:
- Available hours range from: 7:00am to 10:00pm
- $75.00 deposit required for section A only.
- $75.00 first three hours for Section A only. or
- $125.00 deposit required for section A & B.
- $125.00 first three hours for Section A & B.
- $ 5.00 charged for each additional hour.
- If required, a $50.00 cleanup fee will be applied from the deposit.
