Arma's Golden Era was a place for the Seniors of our community to meet and have activities and events. As the years have passed, Arma's Golden Era now serves as a Community Center available to be rented for various events throughout ones life .

From "Wedding Receptions", to the "Birthdays" of the young and the old, to the "Welcome Home" and the uncertainty of the "Fair-Wells". We are here to provide you a place to help capture, reflect, and celebrate moments of your life.

We take pride in providing you a place where you can gather to embrace the Happiness, the Peace, and the Significant Progress one will achieve throughout life.

I became a member of the Golden Era several years ago. It is my dream to continue getting more people who are interested in what we do. We all have so many dreams and I would like people to join us to see what we are doing - as a place to be, and a place to share ideas.

Essential Features:
  • Heating and Cooling for over 1,680 square feet of open floor space.
  • Occupancy for up to 100 guests.
  • Premise provides 16 tables with over 100 available seats.
  • Open kitchen area including the basics of a stove, microwave, and fridge.
  • Single-Event & Multi-Event arrangements are available.


Scheduling times & fees:
  • Available hours range from: 7:00am to 10:00pm
  • $50.00 deposit is required.
  • $75.00 first three hours for Section A only. or
  • $125.00 first three hours for Section A & B.
  • $ 5.00 charged for each additional hour.
  • If required, a $50.00 cleanup fee will be applied from the deposit.
